BG Landscaping is recruiting for a Projects Manager. We are looking for leader who knows the pool and landscaping industry and has working knowledge of senior project management across civil work. This role offers great progression as the company is expanding rapidly. As Projects Manager, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and accountable for management of all constructions activities.
Brief Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing construction strategies to meet timelines.
- Planning and executing construction activities to meet project budgets.
- Reporting into the Operations Manager directly with Project Management updates.
- Responsible for all communication with clients and consultants Planning, leading and motivating the Construction Delivery/Execution Teams.
Minimum Job Requirements for Applications:
- Experience as a senior project manager in the UAE
- 5+ years of experience as projects manager in the same field (pool & Landscaping, civil, MEP, construction)
- Excellent leadership skills and project reporting skills
- Senior management experience managing clients & teams Experienced at managing project planning, manpower request, QAQC, SOW, budgets, costs
Salary range
(AED 15,000 – AED 16,000)
