Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering mega landscape projects and possess a strong understanding of design, construction, and maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee landscape projects from design to construction and maintenance
– Possess a thorough understanding of market trends and prices-
– Capable of estimating the cost for various types and sizes of landscape projects
– Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
– Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines
– Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
– Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
– Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
– Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field
– 10+ years of experience in delivering mega landscape projects
Knowledge and skills:
– Strong understanding of design, construction, and maintenance procedures
– Excellent project management skills
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other landscape design software
– Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and project teams
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
