Job Description:

The Agriculture Researcher will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to improve the productivity and sustainability of our farm operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with other researchers, farm managers, and external partners to develop and implement research projects, analyze data, and communicate results.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting research to identify and evaluate new farming technologies, products, and practices.
Designing and implementing experiments to test the effectiveness of new products and practices.
Collecting and analyzing data using statistical methods and software.
Developing reports and presentations to communicate research findings to farm managers, executives, and external partners.
Collaborating with other researchers, farm managers, and external partners to develop and implement research projects.
Staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the agricultural industry.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience conducting agricultural research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing and conducting experiments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong commitment to sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.
Proficiency in statistical analysis.
Experience managing research projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
