Senior Agronomist (Trial & Business Development)
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial trials of our Agri inputs and using technical expertise to convince decision-makers of client/potential client companies on the technical aspects of our products. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the sales team, offering all technical support to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage commercial trials of our agri inputs
· Provide technical expertise to decision-makers of client companies on the technical aspects of our products
· Work with the sales team to provide technical support and achieve sales targets
· Develop a strong understanding of our products and their applications
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
· Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
· Attend conferences and trade shows to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture
Experience : 4 – 8 Years

Monthly Salary : AED 10,000 – 20,000
