We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead the retail sales team and expand the market share. Products range from seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farm equipment to livestock feed and animal health products.
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager – Agriculture Products (Retails) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by leading and managing the retail sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and developing relationships with key customers. This position requires a deep understanding of the agricultural products retail industry and experience in leading a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals.
- Develop and manage the retail sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including farmers, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights into performance and inform decision-making.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that sales processes and systems are in place and adhered to.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, in the agricultural products retail industry.
- Valid UAE Driving License
